Betapa masih,
Aku berhitung tentang pahala dan dosa;

seperti pedagang culas
Menakar-nakar apa yang telah Kau beri;
apa yang kuberi?

O, betapa keserakahan, keangkuhan dan kepicikan
Lebih dekat dari detak jantung, hingga luput terlihat olehku…..
